FAQs

You're probably wondering, why are Stephen and Sarah getting married so quickly? Or when should I RSVP? All of that and more are below!
Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 3 so we can save you a seat (and dessert)!

Question

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Our celebration is cocktail attire, but we simply ask that you wear something that makes you feel comfortable and ready to celebrate.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Check your invitation! All plus ones are noted on your invites. If you do not have a plus one, we love you dearly, and we promise you'll still have fun.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! That said, we’re keeping the evening an adults-only celebration so parents can relax and enjoy.

Question

Where is everything happening?

Answer

All in one place! The ceremony and reception are at the Wells Estate in Avon, NY.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes—there is parking right on site. Carpools and rideshares are also encouraged so everyone can celebrate safely.

Question

What's for dinner?

Answer

We will be having a buffet with many options to meet many dietary needs. If you have a concern, please reach out!

Question

Will the ceremony or reception be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be indoors. The weather is currently predicted to be in the 50s on November 1, but we encourage you to bring a light layer!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony so you don’t miss our “I do’s.”

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Avon Inn. Visit the “Travel” page for booking details.

Question

I still have questions—what’s the best way to reach you?

Answer

Call or text Sarah, Stephen, or a member of the family.

Question

Why are you getting married so quickly?

Answer

We love each other very much and couldn't wait any longer! (and no, Sarah isn't pregnant).
