Welcome everyone! We’re getting married!

We met at Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival in Manchester, TN. We were both working on the medical side of the festival, and Sarah was horribly unprepared (ie. Small tent, forgot her pillow, didnt think to bring shade). Stephen noticed, came to her rescue, and offered to share his shade with her. When we weren’t working, we were hanging out together at the festival and talking.

We were at the Cold Mountain Music Festival in North Carolina. We enjoyed a day of music, canoeing, and were walking some of the trails around the festival grounds. We found a remote area at the lake, and sat down to relax and take in the scenery. Stephen proposed with a beautiful diamond and sapphire ring! The ring is especially meaningful as Stephen designed the ring himself, and the diamonds were his grandmother’s.
