FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP at your earliest convenience. Your prompt response will greatly assist us in finalizing arrangements for our celebration. We're eager to celebrate with you and appreciate your timely response!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please wear your best jeans and boots! Our dress code is casual to semi-formal so feel free to dress in attire that reflects your personal style and comfort while keeping the occasion in mind. Our wedding venue will be in a field so we kindly ask you to avoid high heels.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love to accommodate everyone, our venue capacity is limited. We kindly ask that you RSVP with just your name, as we're working within our guest list constraints. Thank you for your understanding, and we're excited to celebrate with you! If you have a plus one that has already been discussed please let Sarah know in advance. Thank you

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We kindly request that only children who have been specifically invited attend our wedding. While we love all your little ones, our venue has limited space. We appreciate your consideration in arranging childcare for the event. We can't wait to celebrate with you! Please contact us if you have any issues with arranging childcare. Thank you!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that our guests arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony, starting at 3:00pm.

Question

Where should guests park?

Answer

Groomsman will be directing traffic from the venue's driveway entrance up to a lot for parking. We will be providing transportation for individuals with mobility concerns, in need of assistance with reaching the ceremony venue from our parking site.

Question

What should I do after the ceremony?

Answer

The bride and groom will be away for about an hour after the ceremony. During this time, people are encouraged to help themselves with a beverage and relax with a yard game and conversation at our reception site. Additionally, our wonderful wedding coordinator will be providing further instruction after the ceremony.

Question

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We will be offering food, drinks, and dessert! More details to come.

Question

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

Feel free to text, email, or call Sarah or Spencer at any time. On the day of the wedding, our contact person will be Brianna Freeman, our wedding coordinator. Brianna can help you with any day-of questions, however, cellphone reception is limited. Some of the wedding party will be equipped with two-way radios before the ceremony for communication and will be able to assist people if needed.
