What's the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Cocktail attire! We'll be outdoors on the roof for both the ceremony and reception, so prepare for a fabulous spring sunset and a cooler evening. Feel free to wear comfortable shoes for a long night of dancing (we’re wearing sneakers)!

Can I bring a plus one? Can we bring our children?

Answer

In order to stay within our venue’s capacity limits, we are only able to accommodate those addressed on your save the date. RSVP links, when sent out, will also list all members of your party.

When should I RSVP?

Answer

In lieu of formal invitations, a member of your party will receive a link to our online RSVP on Monday, March 2, 2026. Kindly reply by Friday, April 3, 2026 so that we can provide a final guest count to the venue. After this date, any missing RSVPs will be marked as unable to attend.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive at the Porta rooftop between 5:45 PM and 6:00 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:15 PM. If driving/traveling in day-of, please allow extra time for holiday weekend traffic and parking.

Can we take pictures with our phones?

Answer

Yes! We'd love for you to share any and all photos with us from our special day. However, please refrain from using cell phones during the ceremony.

Is the venue accessible?

Answer

Yes! There is an accessible entrance and an elevator to the roof.

Where should I park?

Answer

We highly recommend using rideshare/public transit if you’ll be drinking. If you’ll be driving, please do so responsibly. Parking near our venue is limited. Our hotel recommends the Columbus Garage LLC located on 66 Christopher Columbus Dr., Jersey City, NJ 07302. The current pricing for self-parking is $30 per 24 hours (no in and out privileges). In the event that the vehicle is in the garage for less than 24 hours, hourly tiered pricing will apply.
