Its bright acidity and cherry notes make it an ideal accompaniment to pasta dishes and grilled fish. Lugana: Produced on the southern shores of Lake Garda, Lugana is a crisp and refreshing white wine made from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes. Its citrusy flavors and floral aromas pair beautifully with seafood, salads, and light appetizers. Valpolicella: While not produced directly on the shores of Lake Garda, Valpolicella wines are a regional specialty that can be found in many establishments around the lake.
