We're Getting Married!

It was a match after swiping right! Thanks to Bumble they went on first date shortly after Shaylan extended his time to chat with Sarah, luckily she finally got the courage to respond. Their first date was dinner and drinks at Whiskey Cake where they ended up talking for hours without one awkward moment. When dinner ended Shaylan helped Sarah to her car with an umbrella because what's a romantic evening without some rain. It has be happily ever after ever since.

As we planned our first vacation weekend without our kids, it was the perfect opportunity to make it a memorable weekend in a city we love to visit, Las Vegas. With months of preparation and anticipation, the day finally came as we had an action packed day of fun, laughs, and good eats. After a delicious dinner, we made our way to one of our favorite places, The Bellagio Fountains, before the very last song. Shortly after we arrived, it was time to seize the moment in front of hundreds of people. With nerves building, Shay dropped to one knee and proposed to Sarah to get an immediate "YES!". Thus, kicking the weekend off in Vegas engaged and ready to celebrate with family and friends!
