What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional - We kindly ask men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with a shirt and tie, and ladies wear a formal full-length evening gown. Check out our attire tab for inspiration!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask you to RSVP by July 25th, so we can finalize meals and seating arrangements.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive with plenty of time to enjoy a welcome cocktail and to find a seat! The ceremony starts at 5:00pm. Please arrive no later than 4:30pm.

Will the wedding be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting) and the cocktail hour and reception will be held inside!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes, we will have a shuttle running throughout the day/night! It will pick up and drop off guests at the Aloft Hotel in Ballantyne. Check the Travel & Stay tab for details on our hotel block. If you’re staying at The Ballantyne Luxury Hotel, the Aloft is just across the street, so you can walk over to catch the shuttle.

Are kids invited?

While we love your family and little ones, we respectfully ask that children do not attend unless noted otherwise on your invitation.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! When you arrive, security will have a guest list and will open the gate for you. Parking is conveniently located near the venue. Please be sure to pick up your car by 10:00 AM on Sunday.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, our open bar will be serving premium wine and liquor as well as non-alcoholic beverages.
