Our love story is much like that of any other high school sweethearts. Well, almost. We went to two different high schools exactly 2.0 miles apart. Our paths crossed on occasion, but we had never really talked. That all changed when our mutual friend, Lili, connected us. What started as a casual introduction via text quickly turned into long conversations, shared laughter, and a growing sense that something meaningful was unfolding. When we glanced down at our phones on our first date and realized that three hours had flown by, we knew we had found something truly special. From the very beginning, everything felt effortless, like God had made us just for each other. As it turns out, that first date was a pretty good preview of the next six years. While four years of long distance certainly brought its challenges, we could not deny the feeling that being anywhere without each other never quite felt right. Whenever we were together, whether in Oxford, Memphis, or even Spain, it felt completely like home. No matter the distance, choosing each other always felt easy. And through every season, one thing never changed: we were always better together. We are so excited to celebrate our love story and its next chapter surrounded by friends and family who have supported us along the way. We are endlessly grateful for your love and encouragement throughout our journey, and we love you all dearly.
