The Rickhouse is located at 609 Foster Street, Durham, NC 27701. No valet is available. Guests may park for FREE at: -Durham Athletic Park lot located on W. Corporation St between Foster & Washington St -Measurement Inc. lot on Morris St -W. Corporation St -Farmer's Market lot across from Central Park -W. Seminary Ave

What does a cocktail party dress code really mean?

Answer

This is what Google has to say on the matter: Cocktail attire is semi-formal, a more relaxed look than what’s required at a formal black-tie event. It's a way of telling guests to put on something nice without requiring them to purchase an expensive gown or rent a tux. Kilts? Yes! Jeans? No.

Where are you registered?

Answer

In lieu of gifts, we encourage our guests to make a donation to one of our favorite charities: Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC (https://foodbankcenc.org/). For those who still feel inclined to give a gift directly to the couple, we have set up a honeymoon fund. Please see the registry link on this site.

May I bring my child or my cat?

Children are allowed but, as with cats, we encourage you to leave them at home with a responsible adult.
