Yes! We have two room blocks available for guests to choose from. You can stay right on property at The Greenbrier or opt for the nearby Schoolhouse Hotel, just a few minutes away. Yes! Shuttles will be running from The Schoolhouse Hotel to The Greenbrier at 4:30 PM to help guests get to the festivities with ease. Shuttles will return to The Schoolhouse beginning at 9:00 PM and running through midnight, so you can head back whenever you’re ready.
Yes, we’ll be celebrating with a formal dress code. Think classic evening attire—long dresses, suits, and tuxes. As a friendly reminder, we kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, cream, or other white-adjacent shades. Thank you for helping us keep the celebration timeless!
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be indoors. Guests will just need to make a short trip to the chapel for the ceremony, which is about a 5-minute walk from the main hotel. For convenience, shuttles will also be running regularly from the East Entrance to the chapel, so you can choose whichever option is easiest for you!
Yes! If you’d like to drive, valet is the easiest and most convenient option at The Greenbrier. There are also self-parking options available around the property, including spots near the chapel for those who prefer to park themselves.
Yes! The Greenbrier property is wheelchair accessible and includes ramps, elevators, and ADA-compliant areas throughout the resort. There are also wheelchair-accessible entrances and parking available to make navigating the property as easy as possible.
