The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. Please arrive and be seated by 5:15pm as to not interrupt the wedding party or bride walking down the aisle. If you happen to arrive after the ceremony has started we ask that you please wait to be seated until after the bride walks down the aisle or opt to meet at cocktail hour.
Yes, we are asking guests to please follow guidelines for a black tie preferred dress code. This includes long/ formal dresses for women and a suit or tux for men.
The ceremony will be held outdoors. We will have cold water passed around as well as personal fans to help keep guests comfortable with the unpredictable weather. The cocktail hour and reception will follow directly after the ceremony and will be held indoors.
Yes, There is a large lot outside of the venue. We will be providing a shuttle service to and from the hotel. If you opt to take the shuttle back to the hotel you are welcome to leave your car overnight at the venue.
The shuttle will bring two trips prior to the ceremony for anyone wishing to use this service. The first pickup will be at 4:30 PM at the hotel. After the ceremony ends, the shuttle will run a continuous loop to and from the venue to the hotel.
