Earliest Camp Set-up
3:00 pm
Anyone is welcome to camp on the property between Fri-Sun Aug 15-17. If you decide to camp on the property, the earliest you can park and set-up is Friday Aug. 15, 2025 in the late afternoon (TBD on a more specific time). You would need to bring your own camping supplies. See the Travel and Accommodations page for more info on camping and other accommodation options.
Welcome Dinner
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Come hang-out with us as we set-up the venue but mostly play yard games and consume bbq food, refreshments, and roasted marshmallows. We will provide all such activities and consumables. Moon Mountain Lodge 3980 Camp 2 Rd. Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284

Pre-Wedding Activities
8:00 am - 3:00 pm
If you decided to camp at Moon Mountain Lodge, you can enjoy this time however you wish. You can carry on with some more yard games as we do final touches on set-up, chill at the camping area, or check out some cool trails and places. More info on the Things to Do page.
Wedding Ceremony + Reception
4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Ceremony and reception will all take place at Moon Mountain Lodge 3980 Camp 2 Rd. Sedro-Woolley, WA 98284 Ceremony starts at 4pm so make sure you arrive a little early. Please give yourself some extra time because the road in is bumpy for a few miles, so we recommend you drive slow. Attire: Be comfy and dress as fancy as you want! Dresses, skirts, pants, and shorts are all great. As far as shoe choices, keep in mind we will be in the grass and dirt.

Sunday Bagels & Coffee

We will provide coffee, bagels, and good company. Everyone has to have their site cleaned up and on the road by noon.
