What is the dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see our guests dressed in their very best! For that reason our dress code is black-tie optional. We ask that men please wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie. Women may wear an evening gown, knee-length cocktail dress, or midi-dress.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 6 o'clock. We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 5:45.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Upper Shirley Vineyards has a picturesque landscape on the James River. We hope you will enjoy the beautiful scenery during our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, and seated dinner beneath the stars before heading indoors to the ballroom to dance the night away.

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Yes! There is plenty of parking available on site.

Can I bring my children or a date?

Answer

We are thrilled to have you join us in our childfree celebration. Due to limited space and our HUGE family and friend base, we can only accommodate for our closest friends and family. If your invitation is addressed to you "and Guest," you are welcome to bring a date. Otherwise, we kindly ask that you attend unaccompanied. For families invited, invitations will list "(Family)".

Can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

There will be a gift table on site for your convenience. You also have the option to send gifts directly to our home in Georgia! We ask that if you choose this option to use the following address: Sarah Colletti and Reilly Dickerson 2896 State Highway 142 Mansfield, Georgia 30055 We can't thank you enough for helping us to start off our lives together.

When will the reception end? Is there an after-party?

Our reception will wrap up at 11:30pm. There is no official after party, but we encourage our guests to continue the fun in Richmond's downtown scene, if they so desire!

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes! There will also be a golf cart to assist guests to their seat if necessary.

Question

Will transportation be provided to and from the hotel, ceremony, and reception?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to Upper Shirley Vineyards from The Berkley Hotel, The Commonwealth, and Delta Hotels Richmond Downtown. Boarding will commence at 4:45 pm, and departure will be at 5:00 pm sharp. There will be shuttles back to the hotels after celebrations take place. They will be departing at 9:45 pm and 11:30 pm.
