Unfortunately, we have a very limited capacity, and unless we have spoken with you individually, this is an adult-only celebratory weekend. Thank you for your understanding! P.s. This includes the Welcome Dinner on Friday the 8th

Question

Do I have a +1?

Answer

Due to our limited capacity, we are unable to offer a plus one to each of our guests. We will be sure to notify you if the situation changes. All other invitations will be explicitly addressed to the individuals who are invited. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating this special occasion with those in attendance!

We wish but no. Due to the watershed and local laws, dogs are prohibited from entering the canyon and/or staying at the Rustler Lodge.

Question

Is there a rehersal dinner?

Answer

We warmly invite everyone arriving on Friday to join us for a welcome dinner and celebration after our brief ceremony rehearsal. Enjoy a casual taco bar complemented by refreshing margaritas and beer! Feel free to don your favorite cowboy hats for a touch of western fun. We can’t wait to kick off the festivities with you!

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

Free parking will be available for guests staying at the Rustler Lodge.

Question

Are the ceremony & reception in the same place?

Answer

Yes, we recommend parking on Friday and departing on Sunday, if possible. The beauty of the Rustler Lodge is that it offers all weekend fun and wedding events in one location! To enhance your experience, we highly encourage all guests to take advantage of the exclusive private booking available just for our wedding guests (no other guests are permitted to book during our wedding weekend). It’s the perfect way to enjoy the festivities without any hassle!

Question

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, allowing us to soak in the beautiful surroundings. The reception will take place indoors in the dining hall, ensuring a cozy and festive atmosphere. Bring a light jacket incase. We can't wait to meet you on the dance floor!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

The welcome dinner will feature a selection of margaritas, beer, and seltzers. On the wedding day/evening, we’re excited to offer a full open bar for everyone to enjoy! The safety and well-being of our loved ones is our top priority. We want to lovingly remind everyone that under no circumstances will drinking and driving be tolerated by the bride, groom, or their families. Please plan to enjoy the festivities responsibly!
