In terms of accommodations, we've got some suggestions for you:
Hotels:
The Tudor Arms Hotel and Courtyard by Marriott Cleveland University Circle are both close to great museums and the botanical gardens. Kimpton Schofield Hotel is a great choice if you want to stay downtown.
Airbnbs:
We will be staying at an airbnb in Ohio City, which is a cute walkable neighborhood on the west side with a bunch of restaurants, bars, breweries and cafes. We recommend looking there -- Tremont, Gordon Square, and Detroit Shoreway are also great options close by. Transportation to and from the venue will be available from a centralized location in that area.
University Circle and Little Italy may also have good options for airbnbs. If enough people choose to stay there, we will have transportation from there as well.
