⛵ Mimosa Sailing Tour & 🌊 Day Trip to Newport (Optional)

This is a 1.5 hour sail boat tour around Newport (there is no swimming). We will be providing one-way shuttles from the Aloft Hotel to Newport in the morning @ 9:45am. Guests are welcome to stay in Newport for lunch and exploring after. To get back to Providence for the welcome party, you will need to take a ferry, uber or drive. Costs per person will be $55. There is a cash bar available once on the boat . We will request a Venmo, zelle or cash from guests. The party will be held at the Aloft's outdoor patio with music, drinks and lawn games. And it wouldn't be a proper New England welcome without clamcakes and chowder for dinner of course!

Shuttles to the Wedding Venue
4:15 pm - 4:30 pm
SHUTTLE SCHEDULE: 4:15 - Wedding Party @ Aloft 4:20 - Guests @ Hilton Garden Inn 4:35 - Guests @ Renaissance 4:35 - Guests @ Aloft There is one shuttle picking up Hilton & Renaissance guests. The remaining shuttles will be picking up guests at the Aloft. You do not need to be staying at the hotel to hop on a shuttle!
❤️ The Works: Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Dinner & Dancing
5:15 pm - 11:30 pm
Providence, RI 02901
Please arrive to the ceremony no later than 5:15. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30. The ceremony will be held outside on grass (weather permitting). Cocktail hour will be inside with light bites followed by a seasonal cut to serve dinner in the Botanical Gardens. Finally, put the dancing shoes on because we want your dogs to be barkin' the next day!
Shuttles Back to Hotels
10:30 pm - 11:30 pm
There will be 1 shuttle picking up guests that would like to leave early at 10:30. The remaining guests must continue to dance their hearts out until 11:30 and wait for the rest of the shuttles.
