Memories

By the time we wed on October 9th, we'll be 6 years deep in an awesome relationship. This shot was captured by our wonderful wedding photographer, Lindsey Maree Stauffer, in February.

We met on a trip to Norway in May 2015, developed a fast friendship & had a ton of fun. Nick lost his wallet, and Sarah bought him things out of pity (also she thought he was cute).

The next time we met up was for a kayaking day that summer. We don't have a photo from that weekend, but we've since been yakkin' many a time. Here's one of our favorites from Kona, HI.

West Chester, 2015. Senior year began & many weekends were spent driving 2 hours to see each other at different schools. The relationship became official on September 25, 2015.

Post-graduation, our first vacation together - a 10-day road trip from PA to Maine & back. Sarah was so nervous that Nick would get sick of her by the end of it. He was just thrilled to be invited.

We've attended several weddings together. Very excited to be the hosts this time.

Sarah graduated with her MOT in 2018 - and with that our 2.5-year long-distance relationship ended and we moved into a little place together in Conshohocken, PA.

Life in Conshy was great - we were just a quick train (or bike) ride into Philly, and spent many a night enjoying the local nightlife with our pals who lived nearby.

We've attempted a few couples' costumes over the years, but this Halloween '18 cactus bit was perhaps our finest. Yes, those are toothpicks.

Nick proposed in Philly on July 2nd, 2019. It was an intimate evening, and we got POURED on - here's Sarah flashing the rock after we got out of the rain and (mostly) dried off.

On a July 2019 trip to Jamaica for our friends' wedding, Sarah jumped off a cliff & Nick broke his hand trying to help her get out of the water. This is the most heroic thing he's ever done.

In 2020 we challenged ourselves to do 52 unique hikes (and succeeded)! Here we are on the first of Olomana's three peaks.

Before we moved, we returned to Race Street Pier (where Nick proposed) to get some proper photos. This is not one of them.

We moved to Oahu in September 2019, continuing a trend of having no idea what we're doing. One of our best decisions.

One of our favorite activities is visiting a local brewery when we travel to new places. We *mostly* agree on the beer we like, with the exception of Nick's love of sours!
