We are not able to accommodate for every guest to receive a plus one. If you receive a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation and when you go to RSVP. Please ensure all guests are accounted for when you RSVP.
We've decided to have an adult-only celebration to create an atmosphere where our guests can fully enjoy their time.
We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 1st to help us prepare for the celebration.
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm, so we recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early to explore the venue, catch up with family and friends, and find seating. There will be ushers present at 5:00 pm to assist guests to their seats.
We ask that our guests wear black-tie-optional attire. Men may choose a tuxedo (optional) or a dress shirt, dress pants, and tie (suit jacket preferred). Women can wear a full-length, midi, or cocktail dress. Formal yet flexible—we can’t wait to see you all dressed up!
The ceremony will take place outside on the lawn, weather permitting. If needed, the ceremony will be moved indoors to the chapel on the third floor. The reception and dinner will be inside.
Due to the age of the building Laurel Hall does not have an elevator. Our ushers will be happy to help with anyone needing assistance up and down the stairs.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony and first dances so our photographer can capture every moment. We have hired a lovely and talented photographer and would be more than happy to share photos with you after the event.
Laurel Hall offers 60 designated parking spots for all guests, vendors, etc. To gain access to the property you must enter a gate code that you will receive on your invitation. We recommend that our guests carpool as much as possible and utilize ride-share services such as Uber or Lyft (Especially if you plan on drinking. We love you all and want you to have the best time, but please keep yourself and others safe!). If you utilize ride-share services, be sure to provide their driver with the code so they can access the property to pick you up.
Vehicles may be left overnight. The venue just asks that your vehicle be picked up by noon on the following day.
