Mitch moved from Milwaukee to Cincinnati in the spring of 2019, taking a chance for his career. In the fall I returned to Cincinnati, the city I fell in love with 4 years before during an 8 month rotational assignment. We connected shortly after in February of 2020. The next thing we knew the world came to a hault with the pandemic. Our relationship formed over many Facetime dates and online chess games, where Mitch and I kept in touch from afar. A few months later we officially met in Cincinnati. We bonded over our dogs, love for the outdoors and being on the water. It didn’t take us long to start traveling together and meeting friends and family, quickly realizing we had found something special. Accompanied by some of our favorite people on a very hot summer day in July of 2022, starting with a carefully curated scavenger hunt to all of our favorite places, Mitch asked me to be his wife. We are beyond excited to tie the knot and share in celebration with all of you on our special day!
