Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Although we would love to offer a plus one to all guests, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget and meet our venue restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Is there a dress code?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress code is semi-formal. No white attire please!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! We will include all children invited on your invitation. Our only ask is if your child is crying or upset during our ceremony, please take them away from the ceremony to calm down. Thank you for understanding!

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! We will need to provide our venue with exact numbers by a certain date, so please don’t RSVP late.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Bear River Casino does offer a shuttle service to and from the venue at set times. Times to be announced soon.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). We have hired a professional to capture this moment for us and we promise to share photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will be outdoors - please plan accordingly. Cocktail hour will also take place outdoors, but we will open up the indoor reception area.
