Phelps Mansion Museum
Back when the Phelps Mansion was built in 1870, it was just one of several breathtaking Gilded Age homes on Court Street. Now, however, the Phelps home is the sole survivor of Downtown Binghamton's old Mansion Row. But it's certainly not limping along—the house has a vibrant new life as a museum and cultural center.
