When should I RSVP?

Please RSVP by September 1.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests should plan to arrive no later than 4:45 pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5 pm, and we would hate for you to miss it! Shuttle pickup will begin around 4 pm (details forthcoming).

How will I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

We will provide shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue for guests staying in Calistoga or St. Helena. Stay tuned for more details regarding exact pickup locations. There is also parking available at the wedding venue.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors. We will be outside until just after sunset, so it might be a good idea to bring a light jacket!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding day dress code is formal attire. For men, this means a suit and tie or a tux. For women, long dresses or a formal pantsuit - feel free to play around with fun colors and/or patterns! For the welcome dinner we request dressy casual attire. Think what you would wear out to a nice dinner for a special occasion! Dresses of any length or material, blouses, collared shirts, and dress pants are all great options. Please avoid T-shirts and distressed jeans.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Please see our travel page for a list of recommended hotels in the area. We highly recommend staying in either St. Helena (where all wedding events will be held) or Calistoga (~15 min North of St. Helena). Book early! October is a busy time in the Napa Valley.

Why can't I find the address for the brunch?

Answer

Because the brunch will be hosted at a private residence, we will not be putting the address on our website. You can find the exact address in your invitation suite. If you've misplaced it, no worries, just reach out to Max, Sarah, or either of our parents for the address :)
