The question of how we met always makes me feel a little silly. I never in a million years thought I would meet the love of my life on a dating application. I was one click away from deleting my app when a message from Matt appeared. The smooth talker that he is began the conversation with "So I gotta say. You have a pretty great smile." AKA the dimples totally got him. We talked for a few weeks before we decided to have our first date. We planned our first date for a Monday evening. However, we were so excited to meet each other that we had an impromptu Mellow Mushroom date on the Sunday before our official first date. Guys, love at first sight is a real thing. It took us quite a long time to decide on, wait for it.... a vegan cheese and banana pepper pizza because we were too googly eyed to function. Now we've moved on to BBQ chicken as our go-to pizza choice, if we are sharing. We still had our official first date the next night, too. I knew Matt was my one as soon as we met. I fall in love with him more and more each day. I can't wait to see what the future holds for us.
