FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

RSVP date is to be determined. You will receive the date, accompanied with information on how to RSVP with your invitation.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dress to impress! We would love to see our guests dressed up for our big day. The official dress code is semi-formal attire. Please reserve light pink and white hues for the wedding party.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The bride & groom are finalizing the wedding day timeline. Official schedule will be provided with your invitation.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

The hotel has limited parking. Downtown Charlottetown has a variety of parkades within walking distance including Pownal Street, Queen Street, and Fitzroy Street Parkades. There is limited complimetary parking for Rodd Hotel guests.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! If you can not make it to our wedding, please notify the bride or groom as soon as possible. This is imperative as our vendors will need final guest numbers.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be "unplugged". We request all phones/cameras are tucked away during the ceremony, so our guests are present with us. We have a professional photographer capturing our day, and we promise to share those pictures soon!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are having an adult only celebration. We hope you take this opportunity for a relaxing and fun night out. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are you signed up with a registry service?

Answer

Your presence and well-wishes is most important to us on our special day. Gifts are not a requirement. If you feel inclined to contribute in another way, a monetary gift will help us plan our future together.
