For the wedding weekend Matthew and Sarah have blocked hotel rooms varying between double queen, double queen suites, king, and king suites, for the choosing of their guests - each of these rooms are at a significant discounted rate. For the discounted rate please let The Elms know that you will be in attendance of the Campbell & Gillette Wedding! For this rate you must book directly through The Elms Hotel and Spa by calling them at (816)630-5500, The Elms Hotel and Spa is a Hyatt owned company if you are a member of Hyatt and would like to use your Hyatt rewards or points. ***If for ANY reason there is not a blocked room available that you would like please notify Matthew or Sarah and they will be happy to call The Elms and ensure you are able to get the room of your preference if there is one still available in the hotel. Due to the Hyatt's policy on unused rooms Sarah and Matthew are only blocking a few rooms at a time so it is likely they will need to add one on for you, or need to call and add a specific type of room to the list. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let them know what type of room you are wanting! They are more than happy to assist you with this process! The blocked rooms for the Campbell & Gillette Wedding are reduced at about a 50% rate - again the Bride and Groom please ask that don’t hesitate to reach out if a room is needed!
