Q&A

The Wedding Website of Sarah Gordon and Matthew Judd
Question

When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP by August 10, 2025. Please RSVP online on our wedding website.

Question

How soon should I book my stay?

Answer

Book your stay as soon as you know you’re coming! Our wedding weekend is the same as the International Association of Fire Fighters memorial weekend, and many hotels downtown are already sold out for the weekend.

Question

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

The dress code is Formal. We ask that you wear a suit and tie. Alternatively, a full-length gown or midi-length cocktail dress is appropriate. Please, leave wearing white for the bride.

Question

Do I have a plus-one?

Answer

If your invitation has a guest listed, then yes. While we would love to accommodate everyone, our wedding is only for those listed on the invitation.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your children, we are hosting an adults-only event.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

We plan on an outdoor ceremony and an indoor cocktail hour and reception.

Question

What is the best airport to use?

Answer

The Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is the closest airport and is serviced by most major airlines. Denver International Airport (DIA) is a major international travel hub located approximately an hour and a half north of Colorado Springs. Both airports provide car rental services and are easily accessible for ride share services such as Lyft and Uber.

Question

Do you have a registry?

Answer

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, our registry can be found on our wedding website under the “Registry” tab.

Question

May I take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We will have professional photographers and videographers documenting our day, so we kindly ask that you keep our ceremony “unplugged” by refraining from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. During our cocktail hour and reception, feel free to take as many photos as you would like!
