What time shoulld I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive promptly at 3:30 p.m. The ceremony is at a set time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We suggests guests wear a suit in any color other than green and floor-length or midi-length sundress or any colored dress other than white. Be Comfotable! No green suit for men. No white dresses for women.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors at a park. The cocktail hour will include a coffee trailer (free for our guests) directly outside of the ceremony area. There will be no alcoholic beverages served during the cocktail hour or reception. The reception will take place at the restaurant Picanha Brazil, where we both first saw each other. ♡ The restaurant is about a 30 minute drive from the venue. Here is the address: 5650 W Sample Rd, Margate, FL 33073.

What will your wedding day timeline look like?

Answer

♡ Ceremony: 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. ♡ Cocktail Hour: 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. ♡ Reception: 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

How do I get to the wedding venue?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony is located in a public park. After you pay the park entrance fee, you will drive down until you see a sign that says, "Bald Cypress Live Oak, Royal Poinciana." At this sign, you will turn right and drive until the end. You will see an entire parking space surrounding two yellow open canopies. That is how you will know you are in the right place! In front of the restroom, you will see a bridge. Cross it and you will be at our ceremony!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

Answer

While we permit guests to take photos and videos during the ceremony, we kindly request for guests to be as present as possible.

What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through the wedding invite. Click on either "Will attend," or "Will not attend."

I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?

Answer

To our friends and family in Brazil, as well as those who will not be able to attend, we will work on making sure the wedding is recorded live for you. More details will come regarding a link where you can access the wedding ceremony live.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

We do have a wedding registry as well as a honeymoon fund! It will be linked on this website and on the wedding invite for easy access.

When will the reception end?

Answer

The reception will end promptly at 10:00 p.m. since the restaurant will close at this time.

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

There will be no alcohol served at any point during the wedding or reception.

Where should I sit?

Answer

The front and first few rows will be reserved for immediate family and the bridal party. Other than that, feel free to sit where you are most comfortable.

What shoes should I wear?

Answer

Since the ladies will be walking on a bridge and grass, stilettos would not be advised. Wear something comfortable!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

The weather in Florida can be very unpredictable. Having a ceremony outside means there may be a risk for rain. It may also be warmer during that time. We encourage guests to bring umbrellas or hand fans, and we will work on providing these items for you on the day of the ceremony as well.
