What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes prior.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a public parking lot right next to the venue. If you are staying in the area, both of the recommended hotels are within walking distance (Less than 1/2 mile).

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?

The ceremony and reception are both indoors.

Is the venue wheelchair accessable?

Answer

Yes, there is an elevator in the building. Venue staff will be present to assist.

Yes, a buffet-style BBQ dinner and open bar will be provided.
