We’re getting married!

As told by Mark: While you (Sarah) were working as a CNA for patient care hours, I (Mark) began working as a Respiratory Therapist at the same facility. One day while I was checking vent settings on a patient I saw you were wearing these 1950s retro glasses. Without looking at you I said “I like your glasses” and you said “Thank you” in bewilderment. Things progressively got more awakard at work until one morning at shift change I asked “Have you been to Top Golf?” You replied very quickly “No, I dont golf.” After a very long minute, I got the nerve to ask you to go with me, and you said “Sure.” I didn’t talk to you the rest of the shift. Thank god you followed me out after the shift and asked “Well do you need my number?” Because I had all but lost the nerve to revisit this date idea. We went to Top Golf the following day had some very BLUNT conversations about life, how you had plans that didn’t include staying in AZ, and your goal to move up in the healthcare world. I thought “Wow, we have a lot in common. Lets see where this goes…” And we’ve been crushing one goal after another ever since!
