This wedding reception has been graciously hosted by my sister Amanda, at her home in Mesa, AZ. Street parking available but may be limited. Car pooling encouraged, and parking farther away for the more able and willing to save closer parking for elderly is appreciated! Exchange of Vows 430pm Dinner, Dancing and more 5-10pm

Yes, it’s true that Marissa and I started talking on a dating app. The conversation struck due to me scrolling by and seeing a girl in backwards cap puckering her lips up to what looked like a baby shark in her hands! I had to know if I was right in my assessment of this photo, so of course I dropped into her messages. She confirmed my thoughts about the baby shark which only brought up more conversation, and the rest is pretty much history! We have been on one big adventure ever since and my life has never been more satisfying and peaceful. Her passion for animals, being outdoors, and entertaining my wild ideas continues to prove our journey is forged from an untraceable bond. I couldn’t ask for a better partner to do it with!

Dating apps… how crazy is it that I found Sarah on a dating app - the app that was meant to be deleted. Clever. I know I’ve told her this and she probably doesn’t believe me, but I was “literally” hours from deleting this app. She came across my profile and I immediately became infatuated with the eyes behind the picture. I vividly remember I was visiting my dad at the time and I could not stop talking about this girl to him. We talked for weeks over the phone before we met, and with each conversation I became more and more intrigued by her. I was drawn to her bubbly energy and most of all, the way she knew how to hold a meaningful conversation. The moment I met her, actually met her, I felt an immediate chemistry- there was a vibration about her that was different than anyone I had ever met before. I cannot say I’m a very spiritual person, but I remember feeling so lucky that she was interested in my birthday shark. From the moment I touched her hand for the first time, I knew she was going to be life changing. She helped me develop into a better person by continually supporting my craziest dreams and I admire her family dynamic, caring nature, and the way she yearns to make an impact on this crazy world each day, no matter how small. Her rambunctious and ever so Gemini nature always leaves me on the tip of my toes. We are always on to the next greatest adventure of my life and as cliche as it is, I cannot imagine a life without her by my side. Thank you, Sarah, for continuing to be the best travel partner, life partner, and parent partner to our furred and feathered babies.
