When is our RSVP due?

We kindly ask that our guests RSVP by August 31st at the latest.

Are plus ones allowed?

Answer

Your invitation should indicate if you are allotted a plus one. If it was not included, we ask that you do not bring additional guests so we can ensure enough space for everyone.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

Of course! Our event will be kid-friendly. However, you are responsible for the care and keeping of your children, including any disruptions that may affect the evening's proceedings. There will be alcohol at our event and it will take place outdoors, so please keep this in mind when thinking about arrangements for your kiddos.

What should we wear?

Answer

Our requested dress is casual. Slacks, dark wash jeans, button-ups, dresses, skirts, and blouses are ideal. We ask that you refrain from jeans with holes, graphic t-shirts, shorts, etc. Because our event is taking place outside and a majority of the venue is grass or gravel, we would like to remind you to plan footwear appropriately.

The venue has public street parking.

What can we expect for accessibility?

Answer

For any of our guests with mobility concerns, we ask that you include that information when you RSVP. We will make sure your reserved seating is as accessible as possible.

Can we take pictures? Can we post on social media?

Answer

We will have an unplugged ceremony, meaning we will require devices be turned off for our vows. We have hired a wonderful photographer who will capture all of those special moments. Other than that, yes! We would love to see your pictures from our celebration. If you do post to social media, please use the hashtag #PenroseGoebel so we can find your posts.

Will there be a DJ? Can we make song requests?

We will be using a curated playlist and there is not a dance floor. However, you are welcome to leave song suggestions when you RSVP.

What will we be eating?

Answer

We have found a great venue serving a variety that we hope will accommodate all of our guests. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please submit them with your RSVP so we can make sure you can enjoy our day.

Where can we stay if we are from out of town?

Answer

If you head to the Travel link, you'll find our favorite options for hotels in the area. Each party is responsible for booking their rooms, car rentals, etc. We've provided links and phone numbers for your convenience.
