Rehearsal is private to wedding party and family. The wedding party and immediate family will begin ceremony rehearsal at 4:30pm in the lawn to the left of Up the Creek. Rehearsal dinner will take place from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at Up the Creek.
7:00 pm - 9:30 pm
This event is cocktail attire, semi-formal or dressy casual.
There will be a few light bites in addition to cocktails. Can't wait to see you!
1:15 pm - 1:30 pm
The shuttles will begin loading guests in front of Sonnenalp and Double Tree at 1:15 pm and will depart for Piney River Ranch at 1:30 pm. Please be on time to be sure you don't miss the shuttle. This shuttle will return you to the hotel at the end of the night. It will depart Piney River Ranch at 10:00 pm. Please Note: Ubers and taxis will not travel to or pick up from Piney River Ranch.
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm
This event is formal attire. We will be on a ranch, so maybe rethink stilettos and go for mountain chic.

There will be heavy hors d'oeuvres and cocktails. Don't forget to say hi to our special guests and sign the guest book.
