The daily highs are usually in the mid 60s with a mix of daily sunshine and rain, and it can drop into the low 50s at night. Wind is typical as well, so you will want to pack the appropriate clothing for all of the days you will be there, including umbrellas!
We intend to have a traditional celtic handfasting ceremony at the Cliffs of Moher, however, this is tentative due to guest count and weather. Our backup location is currently Vaughns Pub, where the reception will be.
Plan on having welcome drinks the day before the wedding! We are also working with our wedding planner to set up group activities the day before and after the wedding.
We recommend renting a car at the airport. You can use busses and taxis as well, but a rental car will give you the most freedom. Currency and Tipping: Ireland uses the Euro and it is custom to tip around 10% Voltage: Ireland uses 230V electricity with Type G plugs, so you’ll need adapters for devices if coming from outside Europe
