Schedule
2:30 PM: Arrive at the Gem Event Centre for transportation to the ceremony site. We are providing transportation. Please do not arrive late as there is no parking on site and you will not be able to get there yourself.
2:45 PM: Busses depart from the Gem Event Centre.
3:00 PM: Arrive at ceremony site.
3:30 PM: Ceremony starts.
4:00 PM: Ceremony ends. Immediate transport back to the Gem Event Centre.
4:30 PM: Cocktail hour(s) starts. We are having an extended cocktail hour for guests that have to go check in to their hotel, so that they have enough time to leave and return and still get time to enjoy the cocktail hour.
6:30 PM: Dinner into dancing.
