Yes, the ceremony will be outside (weather permitting)
The dress code is cocktail attire. Think semi-formal: suits or sport coats for men, and cocktail dresses or elegant jumpsuits for women. Also, a friendly reminder: it’s April in Minnesota, which means it could be snowing… or 70 degrees. Dress accordingly and check the weather before packing:)
If you are able to RSVP as soon as you receive your invitation, that would be extremely helpful! We ask that you RSVP before March 27th. After that, unfortunately, any unanswered invites will have to be marked as not attending.
Please arrive at the ceremony before 2:45 PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00 PM. We want to ensure that everyone is seated and ready to enjoy the processional without any delays.
Great question! We really appreciate so many of you making the journey to the Twin Cities. If you have access to a reliable sitter, we ask that you leave your kids at home and join us solo. If traveling to attend without your kids would prevent you from celebrating with us, please let us know.
Your invitation will let you know! Due to capacity of the venue, only guests whose names are listed on the invite can attend, so please check yours carefully. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
We will not be providing transportation from the airport. Fortunately, the airport is just 15 minutes from the hotels, and the hotels are under 10 minutes from the venue. We recommend using Uber or another ride-share service for easy and flexible transportation.
Street parking is available along Summit Avenue, but please read all parking signs carefully. Our venue is next door to the Governor’s Mansion, and there is no parking allowed directly in front of it. We suggest allowing a little extra time to find parking and walk to the venue comfortably.
