Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

YES! We will have a driver picking up on rotation from Mandala Springs Resort. We will also have our driver on standby for departures to and from Mandala Springs and Fainting Couch.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than April 15, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend. We will miss celebrating with you, but we would like to provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

What should I do if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate on the RSVP tab "will NOT attend." If you have already RSVP'd "attending," but find that you will not be able to make it, please notify Sarah as soon as you are aware.

Question

Can I bring a date / plus one?

Answer

We are only able to accommodate those formally invited and listed on your wedding invitation. If a plus one has been extended to you, your invitation will be addressed as “{Your Name} & Guest.” Still unsure? When you RSVP on the RSVP tab, it will indicate whether a date or plus one has been included. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive by 4:00pm to park, enjoy welcome drinks and allow plenty of time to be seated before the ceremony begins.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cowboy Cocktail Have fun with it! Think cocktail attire with a Western twist—boots and hats are welcome. Dresses, button-downs, sport coats, and boots are all great options. Please note the ceremony and celebration will take place on grass & gravel, so we recommend avoiding heels.

Question

Is the wedding kid-friendly?

Answer

While children are welcome, this will be a lively, late-night celebration with dancing, drinks, animals on the property, and even a mechanical bull. For that reason, we encourage guests to enjoy the evening as a kid-free date night if possible. To keep our celebration intimate, we are only able to accommodate children in the immediate family unless arranged in advance. Please refer to your invitation for those included. When you RSVP, any invited children will appear by name. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Sarah.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

On-site parking will be available. Please follow signage upon arrival.

Question

What time will the celebration end?

Answer

With no noise restrictions and no time limit, we plan to keep the celebration going. If you leave early… you might miss the fireworks!

Question

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please let Sarah know in advance and we will be happy to accommodate. Dinner will feature a festive Mexican-style spread—including posole, a variety of meats, vegetarian options, rice, and beans—and will be naturally gluten-free, so there will be something for everyone to enjoy.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We are so grateful you are traveling to celebrate with us! Please visit our "travel" tab to see hotels in the area.
