Bike Ride or Walk along the Delaware river canal

Kirk and Sarah would love to have those interested join them for either a bike ride or walk along the Delaware River canal. (Both excursions can happen as we each can lead a different group.) Start time may shift a bit, but we will let everyone who expressed interest know the final details closer to the date once we see what the weather forecast is looking like.
Picnic at the park

It's a picnic - Dress for your comfort!!!
Since the couple rarely ever get to spend enough time with guests on the actual wedding day, we want to extend our celebration. So we have reserved a pavilion at Washington Crossing Park for Saturday. If you're in town that day, we'd love to see you! There will be food and drinks (including a favorite Bucks County dairy's ice cream truck!) but if you have a special dish in your repertoire which you always bring to events, this is your opportunity to show it off! The park offers historic buildings and gardens, plus recreational fields for kite flying, frisbee, or an impromptu football match. There's also the canal towpath—perfect for a leisurely stroll or a bike ride up to New Hope or Lambertville. If you're interested in renting a bike for the day, get in touch with Kirk—he'll hook you up!!! And since it's Memorial Day weekend, there are other events taking place including Sheep Shearing and Revolutionary War reenactors. Something for everyone! Parking is 100 yards from pavilion.
Sing-a-long at the Picnic
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
We know many of our guests love singing as much as we do so we'd love to have a sing-a-long at the picnic. Musicians, please bring your guitar, banjo, fiddle, penny-whistle, drum or whatever! Kirk will bring 2 guitars to share and we'll bring a bunch of copies of "Rise Up Singing" songbooks. If you don't fancy yourself a singer, fear not! No matter whether you're belting out tunes, tapping your toes, or humming along, all are welcome.

There will be hors d'oeuvres, drinks and then a buffet dinner and dessert. There will be vegetarian options and food that is gluten-free. Please tell us if you request a gluten free or vegan option. To help us plan for quantities of the entrees, please let us know which entrée you are most excited about (but you will be welcome to eat all 3 entrée choices since it is buffet!). Parents of younger children—there will be kid-friendly food too!
