Our Story, Our PlaceOur Story, Our Place

Where it all started, with everyone we love!

Planning this wedding hasn’t exactly gone how we expected. There have been a lot of changes, a lot of back and forth, and definitely some stressful moments along the way. But through all of it, we keep coming back to how lucky we are to have the people we do. We know it’s not a small thing to travel for us, and it really means so much that you’re making the trip and showing up to be there. We don’t take that lightly at all. Hawaii isn’t just a random place we chose. It’s where we got engaged, but even beyond that, it’s always been somewhere that feels really grounding for us . Hawaii is a place we come back to, a place that holds a lot of meaning in our relationship. Some of our most important memories together are here. Getting married here felt like coming full circle in a way that’s hard to fully put into words. And being able to share that with all of you makes it mean even more to us. We’re just really excited to have everyone we love in a place that means so much to us.

Everything You Need to Know!Everything You Need to Know!

We’re so excited to celebrate with you in Maui and truly can’t wait to have everyone together in a place that means so much to us. Below is a full breakdown of the day so you know exactly what to expect. Ceremony 4:00 PM White Rock Beach (also known as Palauea Beach) Makena Rd Wailea, HI 96753 Please plan to arrive early, as there is no designated parking lot and street parking can be limited. When you arrive, there is a short trail to the beach. Once you’re on the beach, there will be an on-site coordinator there to guide you to the ceremony location. We highly recommend reviewing the FAQ page ahead of time, as it includes detailed directions on how to access the beach and important information about appropriate footwear for the sand and trail. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM and will last until about 4:30 PM. After the ceremony, we will be taking about 30 minutes for photos with our photographer (family, bridal party, and a few couple portraits). Once our photographer wraps up, we would love to stay on the beach, spend more time with everyone, and take some casual photos together until around 5:30 PM. Transition to Reception At 5:30 PM, everyone will begin heading to the reception. It’s about a quick 5-minute drive from the ceremony location. Reception 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM Gather on Maui – Lower Lawn 100 Wailea Golf Club Drive Wailea, HI 96753 Please do not arrive early, as the venue will not be ready to receive guests until 6:00 PM. Additional parking details for the reception will be shared closer to the date. When you arrive, you’ll also receive a simple timeline for the evening so you know what to expect. However, below you will see a map of reception venue. The reception will include cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, dinner, and dancing with a DJ. We’re really looking forward to a fun, relaxed night celebrating with everyone. If you’re staying in Maui for a few days, we would absolutely love to spend more time together outside of the wedding. If you’d like to make plans or meet up while we’re all there, please reach out, that’s a big part of why we chose to celebrate here! We’ll be in Maui until July 15 before heading to the Big Island, so we hope to see as many of you as possible beyond just the wedding day.
