If your invitation says "and guest" you're good to go! If it does not, please know we are keeping the event intimate. We appreciate your understanding.
If your invitation says your children's name, then they are welcome to come. If it does not, please know we are keeping the wedding limited to a few children due to some family traveling from out of the state and country.
Yes, the requested dress code for all events is Indian-formal and/or formal. The rehearsal dinner is cocktail attire. Please follow the color scheme on your invitations.
The Baraat and ceremony will be outdoors, while the reception will be indoors. Early November is usually brisk with nice fall weather. Please monitor the weather and dress accordingly!
Please arrive to the Baraat (located outside of our venue, you will be directed by our wedding planning team) 10-15 minutes early. For all other timings, please follow our schedule timings on the "schedule" page as the events will be on time.
Yes the venue will have free parking and a free shuttle available for guests staying on site. For guests off site, Kavish and Sarah will have a shuttle scheduled to bring guests from the hotels to the venue for both the Baraat/ceremony and reception.
Please be aware there is a 2 hour break between the ceremony and cocktail hour. This is to ensure all guests may change into their reception attire, so please take advantage of the shuttles that take guests from the venue to the hotels. Please arrive back at the venue for cocktail hour by 5:30pm.
