When do I need to RSVP?

Answer

RSVPs are due on May 6th. We will not be able to change our headcount after this date.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have so many wonderful kids in our lives, and we’d love for them to celebrate with us! When you type in your name to RSVP, your kids’ names should appear if they are on our guest list. Please RSVP for any kids who are coming.

If I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

With numerous allergies and dietary restrictions between us, we completely understand the struggle of finding food at events. Let us know if you need something special

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. There is a parking lot on the property. Make sure you park near the barn using the address provided, not at one of the other areas of the Cascade Valley Metropark unless you want to take a long hike!

Will there be drinking at the reception?

Answer

Alcohol will not be provided within the park. If you want to keep the party going after hours, see our “things to do” tab for our after-party recommendation.

Is there a certain hotel we should stay at while we’re visiting?

Answer

If you’re coming from out of town, there are tons of hotels and Airbnbs to choose from depending on your needs and preferences. Akron and Cuyahoga Falls have a lot to offer at a variety of price points. Let us know if you have any issues finding a place, and we’ll help find your perfect match! Keep in mind that it is a holiday weekend, and be sure to book early.
