Yes, kids are welcome! We don’t want the burden of child care to be a deciding factor when considering on spending the time with us to celebrate. We will have games and activities to help entertain them.
We want you to be comfortable, but please be considerate as you will be photographed on our special day! We are asking for business casual.
We did not block out rooms, so feel free to book a room where you feel most comfortable. We have included a variety of options on the travel page, with varying distances depending on your preferences.
Yes, we are registered on Amazon. There is a link on our registry tab here or you can search “Sarah Scarboro and Josue Vicente” on Amazon registry list and find us there. Please also take note of our cash funds available here and Amazon (Honeymoon Fund, New Couch Fund and for Amazon specifically an “anything” fund.)
Yes, there will be parking in a field on the property. There will be a small walk to the ceremony location.
Yes, you are welcome to bring a plus one! Please indicate their attendance when you RSVP. Kids are welcome no matter the number, please just note them on your RSVP
Our ceremony will plan to be outside but we have a plan B in place if it happens to rain. We will move inside where we will be having the reception. This may delay the festivities, as tables and such will need to be moved around.
The ceremony will start at 4:30. Please arrive 15 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.
We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! Pictures are welcome during the reception.
Tacos with a variety of meat including: Carne Asada (steak), Pollo (chicken), Carnitas (Pork) and Lengua (Beef Tongue - don’t knock it until try it). A variety of salsas, onion and cilantro for topping. Guacamole and queso with chips. Rice and beans. Elotes (street corn or plain corn available). For kids we will have cheese quesadillas.
We have made decisions on the food choices to hopefully accommodate most food allergies or restrictions. If you have anything specific, please let us know and we will try to work with you.
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. We will only be serving beer and wine. No liquor! Please do not bring your own as we will be fined.
To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by August 16th, 2026 so we can plan accordingly! Please include the name of your plus one and any children on your RSVP.
