When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by July 19th 2026 so we can finalize arrangements with our vendors. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate guests who do not RSVP by the deadline.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I'M UNABLE TO ATTEND?
Answer
We’ll miss celebrating with you! If you’re unable to attend, please let us know through the RSVP form at your earliest convenience.

What should I do if I RSVP’d “yes” but can no longer attend?
Answer
If you RSVP’d “yes” but can no longer attend, please reach out to the bride as soon as possible at (919) 675-5578, so we can update our final guest count and arrangements accordingly.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

WHERE DO I PARK?
Answer
There is a designated parking lot at the venue entrance with plenty of parking for guests!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask guests to arrive no later than 3:45 PM to allow time for parking and seating.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
Answer
If you received a plus one, your guest’s name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with family and close friends—thank you for understanding!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments, which we will absolutely share with you!

I have a food allergy, can you accommodate ?
Answer
Of course! Please contact the bride to share any allergies or dietary needs you may have. We want to make sure we have something for everyone to enjoy.

What happens if it rains?
Answer
If it rains, we have an indoor backup option on the property, so everything will still go on as planned. No matter the weather, we’re excited to celebrate with you and know it will be a great time!
