How do I get to the First Run Ceremony Celebration?
Answer
1. Park in any lot at Gore Mountain. 2. Walk or take shuttle to Base Lodge. 3. Walk through Base Lodge, or around, to far end. Important! **Give yourself at least 15-20 minutes to park and get over to the far side of the lodge** Important! 4. At the far end, ski lift side of the building, you will find the First Run Ceremony Celebration. Be there at 9:30AM sharp to see the couple skis down the aisle! 5. Outside* at 9:30am to witness the Our First Ski Run as Husband and Wife. 6. Lunch tables just inside* for warmth and sitting. Please try to congregate mainly outside. If inside, please do not block the exits/ hallways so we can be respectful to other skiers coming and going from the Base Lodge. 7. Coffee, Muffins, and Mimosas will be casually served. Cheers!

What do I wear?
Answer
The hardest part. Attire will likely depend on the weather! Wear what you want for a fun day/night! Layer up, check the weather. The general advice has been "Mountain casual to mountain chic." If I was a guest, I would choose one morning outfit and one evening outfit. Morning, I would wear a cozy jumpsuit/pants/ sweater under a warm mountain chic coat, with weather appropriate boots. Evening, I would change into a party dress with mountain chic coat and heeled booties (weather depending). Cozy babushkas, tutus, extravagant ski outfits, jeans and flannel, tuxedos, ponchos, sparkly dresses, etc. are all encouraged. Google 'mountain chic' or 'mountain casual' and you'll see some inspiration if you are needing it. Don't over think it.
