We encourage everyone to come as early as they are able to on Friday August 26th. Camp activities, such as the climbing wall and waterfront, will be open beginning at 12:00 PM. There will also be a welcome happy hour down by the lake starting at 3:30 PM CST.

Be sure to bring layers as the temperature does drop at night and this event will be followed by an evening bonfire. Saturday Night Ceremony / Reception - Cocktail attire. Of note, the ceremony and reception will be on grass so please wear sandals or thick heels. General: - Comfy clothes to sleep in and wear around (sweatshirts, sweat pants, etc.) - Athletic shoes - Sandals
We will provide everyone staying at camp with clean sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. However, we encourage you to bring any/all of the following additional items: - Pillows - Soap & Shampoo - Water Bottle - Sunscreen - Bugspray - Flashlight - Robe - Tennis Racket - Crazy Creek (Not necessary, but when else would you use it?)
There will be transportation provided to and from camp to the Eagle River Inn and Pitlik's Resort on Saturday night. Please note, there is no Uber/Lyft in the area.
All cabins have their own toilets and sinks, however not all cabins have attached showers. Fortunately the camp has a beautiful mens and women's shower house for everyone to enjoy. Don't forget your shower shoes!
We encourage everyone attending to be fully vaccinated prior to the weekend. If you are unable to get the vaccination, we request that you take a COVID-19 test a few days before coming up to camp.
Please feel free to reach out to Sarah and/or Josh with any further inquiries, or just to say hi!
