This 2.5-mile trail takes you through 16 historic sites pertinent to the American Revolution -- from the Massachusetts State House to the Old North Church, the trail is an immersive way to explore Boston's rich history. When you walk through the North End, try some authentic cannolis at Mike's or Modern Pastry, or a slice of pizza at Regina's!
Explore the historic baseball stadium, home to the Boston Red Sox. The Red Sox will be hosting the Pittsburgh Pirates on wedding weekend, with games on Friday 8/29 at 7 PM and Sunday 8/31 at 1:30 pm. Even if you don't plan to catch a game, walking around the area and maybe enjoying a Fenway Frank will provide a genuine Boston sports experience!
This 3-mile stretch along the Charles River offers stunning views of both the water and the Boston skyline. This is a great place for a walk of any distance or a bike ride (and is Josh and Sarah's favorite place to run)! Bring a picnic blanket and watch the sailboats on the Charles or walk over to Night Shift Brewery's pop-up beer garden, Owl's Nest, for a drink. There are also food trucks at Night Shift if you're looking for for a quick bite!
