When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please plan to arrive at the venue around 4:00-4:15pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire. We want everyone to feel comfortable and celebrate in style! For the gents, we recommend a suit and tie, or dress pants with a blazer. For the ladies, we recommend cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits. (no white please!) The wedding will take place outdoors: while days are typically in the 80's, nights can be breezy and in the 60's. Plan accordingly and bring a light jacket or wrap.

Can I bring a date?

Please restrict your party to those specifically listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes "and guest" or your date's name, they are welcome to join us (please make sure to RSVP for them as well!) Thank you for your understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Garden Inn Chandler Downtown. The link to book can be found in the website's travel section. Please be sure to reserve your room by September 25th, 2026 to receive the discounted rate. If the Hilton does not fit your needs, another great nearby option is the Crowne Plaza Phoenix-Chandler Golf Resort.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The venue can offer separate vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free meals. Please be sure to select any dietary restrictions in the drop down menu when you RSVP so we can properly accommodate. If you have any restrictions not listed, please reach out to us so we can assist!

You can find our registry here on our website under the 'registry' tab. A card box will also be available at the wedding.

Plenty of parking space is available onsite at the venue!
