The dress code is formal attire. Bridesmaids will be in mauve/dusty rose. Think suits, floor-length gowns, or cocktail dresses.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place outdoors at Hartwood Acres Mansion. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be uncovered. The ceremony will be on the mansion terrace and cocktail hour will be on the terrace and a grassy lawn. The reception will be under a glass pavilion.
If you would like to drive there is ample parking available a very short walk from the ceremony space. If you will be drinking, we recommend you take an Uber or Lyft to the venue. A shuttle will be provided to take guests back to the hotel downtown at the end of the evening. Additional details on the shuttle can be found under the travel tab.
The ceremony will begin at 3:30 PM. We ask that all guests arrive by 3:15 PM at the latest.
Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation and the RSVP tab.

Please submit all food allergies with your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate.
Please feel free to RSVP as soon as you have finalized your plans. A formal invitation will follow save the dates in late spring and we ask for final RSVPs no later than July 28th.
