Where should I stay?

Answer

We have a discount with the Courtyard Marriott in Downtown Rochester, located at 390 East Ave, Rochester, NY 14607. The hotel is less than half a mile from the venue. The discount is on a first-come, first-served basis, so book quickly to reserve your room! If your plans change, you can cancel reservations up to 48 hours before check in. Will transportation be provided to/from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle available to and from the venue. The shuttle times are 3:55pm and 4:10pm for a ride to the ceremony, and then 10:00 and 10:30 pm. You are also welcome to walk. The hotel is less than half a mile away from the venue!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

The Wilder Room has multiple parking options. You can park on the surrounding side streets, which are free to park on weekends. You can also park in the East End Garage, which is located directly next to The Wilder Room. There are two entrances to the garage (Swan Street and Scio Street) that are close to the venue. This is a paid garage with a rate of $2/hour and a maximum charge of $8.

Are kids invited?

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. This way everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thanks for understanding!
