We’re getting married!

Joey and Sarah met when Sarah was training to be a deli manager at the HEB in Annaville, where Joey was working at the time. Joey was washing dishes in the deli when Sarah walked in. There was an immediate connection and they struck up a conversation. Later that day, Joey asked Sarah for help tying on his apron. The rest, as they say, is history.

Thanksgiving Day, 2025. As the family is gathered together before the meal begins, Joey is asked to say the blessing. As he finishes the prayer, he gets onto one knee. Sarah turns to face him and sees him with a beautiful engagement ring inside of a Master Ball from Pokémon. Sarah is overwhelmed with joy and can’t speak but immediately they embrace. The family watches on, all hoping she’ll say “yes”. She nods and Joey helps her put on the ring. It fits perfectly! Everyone claps and this begins Joey and Sarah’s happily ever after. Joey says he bought the beautiful Alexandrite ring right after they had started dating. When you know - you know!
