Anyone is welcome!! Just contact the bride or groom depending on who's number you have if you want to join! Enter Byers Peak Trailhead into Google Maps OR Directions from Granby: Travel southeast on Highway 40 approximately 17 miles to County Road 73 in the town of Fraser. Travel west on Road 73 for 2 miles to Forest Road 160.2. Travel southwest on Forest Road 160.2 for 7 miles to Forest Road 111, then west 4 miles to the trailhead.
Rehearsal
4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

We will be meeting in the afternoon to do a quick run through! Everyone will meet at the main lodge (Joseph or Sarah will be waiting to escort you to the right place)

The rehearsal dinner is for the wedding party and close friends and family.

Wedding Party Brunch

Time to Get Ready for the Wedding!
This is just food and drink (including alcohol) that will be given to the bridal party and groomsmen while they get ready. The wedding party is able to arrive at the venue as early as 8 a.m. and stay until the time of the wedding. It is really up to you when you would like to come and how much time is needed to get yourself pretty.

Time to enjoy yourself, sit back, watch two people get hitched. Ladies please bring a light cover if you think you may get chilly in the mountain air. (The wedding party/Air Force pilots will be very formal so its really up to you how formal you would like to go).
Cocktails and Hors D'oeuvres

Time for drinks and yummy hors d'oeuvres while the wedding party takes pictures! There will also be games!
